I'm sure you experts can lower some so go for the gold. 🙂🙂

I hadn't checked outpost.com so i am not sure, is it? Was at onvia.com and saw it and put it on. Sorry if its more than outpost's!

Just checked outpost and they have 12x 80 min 700 MB Kingston 50 pack for 15.95, may be free overnight delivery not sure, guess outpost has the better deal sorry everyone

I've bought spindles of both PNY and Kingston cds...Actually, I bought several spindles of PNY cds, generally in the $10-20 range. The last set of PNY cds I bought seemed cheap as hell, really really light green bottom, practically see-through, and the entire spindle made a crunching sound when I pressed the top down (minor rant, but hey.) The kingstons are really nice, and considering you get $15 for 50 air-shipped to your door the next day, it's a better deal, imo. I burn at 6x anyways, so 12x is useless for me (hence I save a buck and get 50 cds for $14.) One obvious benefit the kingston cds have is that they don't have the ugly "NeEd MeMoRy?!?!?!?!?!?!" logo printed all over the surface, with barely any space to write.

I would get rid of shrink wrapped... and put the price in your subject line instead... just helps us all out

really?? the Kingstons fail for you??

I bought 50 at first, then went back for another 200 (kingston).. I have burned almost all of them now, and have had only ONE coaster (my fault at that, computer locked up)..

I think that those Kingston CDRs rock all hell

I cant speak for PYN though.. i have never bought those CDRs

I got a spindle of 700MB PNY's two weekends ago for $9 after rebate at Best Buy. Haven't burned one yet, but they look comparable in quality to the Kingstons. The Kingstons have all burned fine, two coasters due to the user's mental deficiencies. I could burn one and let you guys know.

Burned two PNY's. The first one crapped out when EZCD locked up unexpectedly (first time it's happened). I burned the second disc okay. I chiseled the coaster with a small screwdriver, and found that the dye came off rather easily, without much residue like the Kingston. I'm not sure what it means but I don't think it's good.
