PNY GT's do NOT have dual DVI like it says. Outpost always screws up atleast one thing on their listings...

I was hesitant in buying a PNY because everyone wanted a BFG. But I got a PNY 6800 GT and it freakin' ROCKS! I LOVE this thing. I think this could be the best video card upgrade I've ever done! AWESOME card. And let me tell you, the only difference I could see from my BFG 6800 GT that I got and the PNY I have now, is the sticker on the heatsink. That's it! I think all these 6800 GTs are the same.

I hear ya. I run mine @400/1.1 with absolutely no problems.

The only bad thing about the PNY is the skimpy bundle, but I already had the games included with the other cards anyway.

I have still not overclocked my eVGA. Not sure when I will do it because Far Cry is running so great and I am thinking Doom 3 will too. Maybe one day!

I hope this thread allows others to get their cards ASAP and enjoy the power of the GT's.

Well I've just joined the 6800GT club(well my best friend since it's going in his new rig but he doesn't even read message boards much less even surf the net heh) I got in on the outpost deal this morning after a hellish 15 hour search for a decent source that actually has them in stock and low and behold I see someone post on the hot deals forum that outpost has them in stock and for the retail price to boot. I just couldn't resist. cancelled my futurepowerpc.com order i placed yesterday and called outpost and ordered over the phone.

They already charged my card so it should be on a UPS(or FedEx) truck this afternoon. sucks I have to wait till after the 15th to play DOOM 3 because I won't have the rest of the parts to finish building the computer. oh well, it will be worth the wait. at least I can enjoy the game in high detail on a 100+inch screen. :D

Which explains why I've been unable to find any instock.

I just ordered the PNY card myself. :)

if you guys live next/close to a fry's you should check it out, I know fry's is outpost, so if you don't want to wait for the shipping, just walk on in. I got mine there (In Oregon) and they had a few still instock. My cousin from kali said they had a few instock over there as well.
Running great at 410/1130.

Got a PNY 6800GT at a local Frys couple days ago. It was a returned item, so only paid 378.99.
So far I'm very happy, can't wait to play D3. CZ will do for me meanwhile. :D

Drat! Mine's on back order too. And they charged my visa. Nice . . .

*Ponders canceling the order*

Edit - Can I get a second on this, the PNY 6800 GT page on Outpost.com, the original link in this thread, still lists the card as in stock. Why the f*ck is my card on back order and why the f*ck did they charge my card!?

I ordered mine at 3:00pm and it's on backorder also. I don't want to cancel now the wait will be even longer. Why the hell don't they update the quantity before you order.
