LOTRO I play tons of but I can't say its my favorite quite yet.

Civ II/ Civ III/ Alpha Centauri (if I had to pick, Aplha Centauri. Drone riots FTW.)
HL2/ Ep1, Ep2
C&C/Red Alert/RA2/StarCraft
CS:S & TF2

Yes, that is more than 3. Suck it. It's more like a favorite from different genres. And if this included console games, Ocarina of Time would be #1.

...and 3rd place is a tie between BF2 and Counter Strike Source
 
My top two are Freespace 2 and Deus Ex by a long way. The third one would be a toss up between Descent 3 and Unreal Tournament for me, although I would probably give the former the nod for its better single player component.

I'm playing various online games with my brother at the moment. We're currently going through SC:Chaos Theory's co-op campaign and playing C&C3:KW, usually 4v4 games with AIs making up the other spots.
