Ok ran the version from the source site with much better results.

The 100mbit ethernet connection on my notebook is limiting me I'm sure. (We can saturate a 1Gbps connection on a computer if the site has the bandwidth)

It says I got ~10down/2.2 up which is completely wrong. My bottleneck in the network is the ethernet connection (100mbit) since the external connection is OC-12 (~650mbit). I've downloaded at 12MB/s (96mbit) and upped in the 10-20mbit range. Perhaps the server is overloaded

Got 23mbit/26mbit off another server w/ the same software
