Hey Everyone,

I'm looking to get a new solid state mp3 player. I'm looking for something really small, because i like to use it when i'm running on the treadmill at the gym. 128mb should be adequate. I'm also looking for something that has an FM tuner too.

So far, I'm really interested in the Creative Labs new Rhomba and the IRiver 180T both 128mb. Is there anything like the Muvo that has an FM tuner too?

So, what would you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated. THanks and

nope. the gym has kewl music playing over the speakers. And I am not in the gym long enuf to need it.

I have 256mb of music. good for the 1.5 hours or so i am in the gym. if i get bored with the music, i turn it off and watch teevee. this thing is tiny, too. very kewl.

i also have an RCA Lyra with tuner. and a sony discman but they r bigger. so i use the muvo for the gym.

Cool, thanks for the recommendation... i'm actually kinda now thinking about the Muvo. I mean, i don't really use FM that much anymore. Especially since I just use it to workout... and the gym has audio ports built into the treadmills to let you listen to the tv.

Is it worth the extra mony to get the Muvo with the lcd display?

what he said. This is definitely the slickest one out there, but the battery life is a little weaker.

I just got my iriver ifp 190T. This thing is awesome. I think an AA battery weighs more than the player itself. Its very small and the controls are very convenient to use. The FM tuner is great but i live in a place with bad reception. Highly recommend this player!

if you need something cheap and no FM go for a muvo. if you want something thats quality, get an iriver.

IFP-390T Best Sports/Gym MP3 Player Ever 256MB of goodness, you could go for the 512MB version, which is truly the best but its only for those with ultra $$. the 390T is one of the best port audio sources, comes with a fm tuner, fm recorder, voice recorder, and it encodes in mp3 form for those! its grrrrrrrreat, plus looks awesome.

This looks really close in size to the Muvo. I'll have to check it out!

WOw, that does look good! Where else can you purchase that?

But, with price and everything.. i think that the MSI is the best deal. What do you think?

the jens looks really nice. I am curious as to what is costs though. I like the MuVo cause it is small, sounds decent and came at a good price. I bought it specifically for the gym.

I would not be too upset if I lost it or broke it so it was perfect.

I have the Iriver IFP-390. It's an awesome player and with 256mb it's enough for me. I do use the fm radio when I get bored and feel like listening to something else every once in a while

Hey Everyone,

So has anyone tried the Mega Stick from Newegg? It's only about $100 and seems like the best deal. It has a usb plug built in, it's really small, has 128mb, and has a nice lcd display. I'm really thinking about this one.
