I can understand some people not stepping in, to a degree. If there were only one-two other people there I can understand them not wanting to die themselves, whether I agree with that decision or not.

With that many people around and NO ONE stepped in, pretty fucked up.

Also: these people are savages. They beat a guy to death for kicks. I didn't even know they were black until Quebert posted.

Savages in the criminal sense is not inherently racist. For example: those Czech kids who murdered people for fun were also savages.

I feel that the only racism here is anyone who automatically associates the generally insulting word "savage" to a particular race. Why would you automatically think of that when they see this word? Isn't that right there the epitome of racism? To subconsciously think of some race when you see an insulting word? What if he used the words "barbarous", "uncivilized", "beastly", "brutal", "ferocious" - all synonyms of "savage". None of these words should have any racial connotations unless you yourself are a closet racist.

I came into this thread not assuming that the criminals were black. People of any race can be savages.

I came in here thinking they were going to black, and i was not disappointed. I know profiling sounds like a bad thing but it actually works in most cases.
