you guys are a sad lot. i wouldn't want someone selling me dvd-r's if they were saying they were selling the movie. and most of you are blindly avocating that which is wrong. it drives up dvd and movie prices. if you want to collect stuff for yourself whatever, but don't turn around and sell it to others. that's LAME and that's not the kind of person i want in fs/t.
HOWEVER. if it's for something that you can't get that's a little different. if you're dropping episodes of mr ed on dvd that you can't get from somewhere else and say that in your auction then whatever, that's a bit different. you aren't ripping ppl off that think they are getting legit dvds and you aren't selling something that can be obtained legally.
so i guess it depends on the situation. if it was the first one tho, AT person or not i'd probably let ebay know so it didn't continue. i'd hate to be the one buying fake crap thinking it was real.
