Brook Trout = best tasting fish.

/thread

Your trout-hating post is not much appreciated in this thread, trout-hater.

How is that trout-hating? I just said that Brook Trout is the best tasting fish ever...that means I LOVE trout....

...which means that you either 1) have to first kill a trout, or 2) like to bite trout that are still alive. Which is it, trout-hater?

I cannot join you in the celebration of trout. I can't stand the taste.

However, could I join in as I'm a big fan of something that smells a bit like trout?

Many people consider trout to be the finest of domestic fishes, but I say they are the finest of any fishes, whether they are freshwater or saltwater. What precocious child didn't incessantly beg mommy and daddy for a brand new trout in the months before Christmas? Which woman wouldn't consider herself lucky to be escorted by a strong strapping trout, all dressed up in his rainbow-colored scales? Who among you has the heart to deny the humble trout his place among the best of all animals on the planet?

Trout have never willingly caused wars, broken up marriages, or destroyed the peaceful harmony of an evening meal. Raise your hand if you have ever met a trout who you would classify as "brash", or "rude". Thats right - there is not a single one of you who can claim this. Trout are a true gift from Heaven, sent to this earth to spread their simple message of graceful fishiness. Everybody can find love for trout within their hearts, and trout return such love in excess.

So raise your stein in honor of the trout. If you encounter a trout in your everyday life, give it a little unexpected hug. Thanks to trout, the world is a little bit better.

Probably because he was the evening meal.

I kill them first, then eat them. I love trout...they taste so good! Otherwise, they serve no purpose...

I tried to train a trout to do tricks for me...but after a couple years it didn't learn anything and I got mad so I ate him.

Why do you want to hurt innocent trout when all they want is to be your faithful companion? Think of the suffering trout...
