Is your monitor connected via the rear panel VGA port, or the DVI port? If this is your first build; remember the number 1 rule, and always physically disconnect the PSU power cable from the wall outlet before connecting or disconnecting anything on the motherboard.

If the BIOS is currently set to EZ Mode; click the Exit/Advanced Mode button (upper right-hand corner) to access the advanced settings menu. Now look at page 3-20 (Section 3.5.4) in the User Manual. Under the Advanced\System Agent Configuration heading; click Graphics Configuration and set your Primary Display to IGFX (integrated graphics).

Sorry, it wasn't clear you had no display at all during POST. Go to section 2.2.1 in the User Manual and follow the instructions to Clear RTC RAM. This will return all the settings on the motherboard to default values (you'll have to reset the data and time afterward). If you still have no display; recheck that there are no bent pins on the VGA cable connectors, swap the VGA monitor cable with another one, or try using a DVI cable (or connect the VGA cable using a DVI/VGA adapter).

In my post above yours I just suggested that; Clear RTC RAM = reset BIOS.

I don't know for sure that it would affect the IGFX function, but section 2.2.1 in the manual shows the mobo layout, and right next to the MemOK button is the GPU Boost Switch; check that it's in the off position.

they said 150$ and it is not guranteed to find the problem but for them to check a custom built computer, it would cost be 150$. this is really bad. Do you think i should just rma the motherboard, ram and processor? so i can try and get all 3 new parts

Absolutely don't throw away your money on Geek Squad! I highly suggest contacting Asus technical support and clearly explain the problem you're having, after trying the suggested steps in this thread. Tell them all of the diagnostic steps you've taken to solve the problem, and that nothing has worked. There's always the possibility that the board's defective and you'll need to RMA it.

Edit: Yes; if your hardware is still under seller warranty (like Newegg's 30-day return policy for example) then RMA would be the simplest solution.

Could you explain that more clearly? Look at recent purchases in your Newegg account, as it lists what the options are for returning/exchanging each individual item. I recently exchanged a defective ASRock mobo, that I'd purchased three weeks earlier, and it only took a phone call to their customer service number.

im saying they will me rma and get an replacement, but i cant return it. Newegg's hands out defective motherboards and if i get an replacement and if it is once again defected, i will be stuck with a broken motherboard

as a start did you try power it on with only one of the memory stick?
1)try both of the sticks apart.
2)try installing the memory stick in different slots.

psu? i dont think so, mobo would be the first to blame, then the psu, and the last would be cpu. (but psu is easy to test).

Well, try what I suggested earlier and contact Asus technical support. I doubt that the G-Skill RAM and Rosewill case/PSU are defective and, when you talk to Asus tech support, tell them what Newegg told you. Alternatively; get an RMA from Newegg for just the mobo, and if they send you another bad one you're still covered by the Asus warranty.

i tried the psu with the paper clip trick and the fans were spinning ? does that mean the psu is fine?

I did try to stick each memory stick in one at a time but still no continous beep that means everything is fine.
