So now that new shows are over I need a new show to watch over the summer. Stuff I currently watch are: The Office, 30 Rock, Desperate Housewives, Gossip Girl, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, and How I Met Your Mother. In the past I've watched stuff like Prison Break, 24, etc and like those sorts of shows too.

What shows that started in the last year or two would you guys recommend? I started Mad Men and I'm not sure how I like it but I'm going to give it so a couple episodes before I quit it.

EDIT: I've also followed LOST, Entourage, Sopranos, Henry from the premium channels

I'm in the same boat as you RollWave! 🙁

I started watching Jeremiah today via Netflix's streaming service since I was never able to catch up w/ it before. 🙂

Can't go wrong with any of the shows from FX Network. Sons of Anarchy, The Shield, Rescue Me, Damages to name a few.

Give Mad Men a chance. I almost gave up on it after 2 episodes but it got better.
Dexter and Weeds are good.

Nowhere Man is one most people missed. Good stuff for fans of shadow government manipulation and/or Bill Bixby's Bruce Banner.

Hrmm.... Just watched the second episode of Mad Men and so far its pretty dry. The period is interesting (so much smoking!!!) but I dont know what it has to offer. Sooooo slow!

i'm currently watching Life on Mars(UK version) - really good after you get past the first couple of episodes.

also, reaper is actually pretty funny - but it's getting repetitive after the first 4 or 5 episodes
