My mom in law has had aol for 13 years now. she will not switch because it is used for business. she used to be able to sign onto aol and instant messenger with her screen name, but now someone else is using her screen name for IM. We called AOL, and they said they don't support it, and no one does. I tried submitting a bug report from AIM.com, but haven't heard back. I don't know of any way that you can 'steal' a screen name. I thought they were permanent. This seems like a security issue since mail is accessible through the IM module. Does anyone know who I can contact, or what I might be able to do?
