The company that is processing this rebate is simply awful; or at least if you call and get a guy identifying himself as "Greg", then be aware. He states the usual rebate takes 8 weeks to process to a check. I asked how long does it take to get the website populated. he stated 8 weeks. I asked then what good is the website since he stated that I would get the check at the same time, but he said keep watching the website. He stated he didn't know about the $100 rebate. I asked for a supervisor, and he stated that he was the highest authority.

I made the remark that I wanted to call ODepot and let them know about the process, and he stated, "OK, I'll write down here that you are returning the router to ODepot and not to process this rebate." This was of course, after he took down all my information that he said he didn't have in the first place. What a company!

It's criminal how these rebate companies screw around with their customers like OD and Linksys' good names. Why these companies spend millions to create a great brand name and then associate themselves with awful rebate providers.
