Let me start by saying that no it is not a terrorist attack. My mom just came home and said she saw a small plane run into one of the buildings downtown. She said a Coast Gaurd chopper was following it so they probably knew there was trouble.

no fire, plane looks pretty smashed up, fatality of pilot at the least is very likely. Plane is halfway in, halfway out of one of the buildings large exterior glass panes.
 
If he was 15, the only person in the plane and this was an unauthorized t/o, I'm guessing suicide.
