yeah, you would have to actually prove that they knew it was untrue when they published it (if it is untrue. i guess i should bite the bullet and read the two articles but technical reviews are so damn boring to me tonight)

Well AT's Editor is talking in the Video Forum area thread on this.

I haven't checked the main site page yet to see if there is anything on it.

I suspect if the other site does make any kind of a legal move there may be a statement from a Lawyer.

OK I checked, don't see anything yet.

But I noticed a big code cleanup. Very nice and sharp and top of the Forums less cluttered. Fall cleaning :thumbsup:
