Just because coming out of the oven soon, the old pizza stone, some sister in laws home made sauce, some leftover hot Italian sausage, and peppers and various things.

My wife yips at me for putting the cheese on top, she's a New York Italian and calls it a Midwestern pizza, the whole milk Mozerella good.

Bit of real garlic cooking on the crust.

Nom Nom.

I'm odd, I usually like cheap frozen pizza like tortino's and add some hamburger and more cheese and I'm good to go.

At least get DeGiornio's at that rate and a pizza stone.

I maried into an Italian family and get food benefits from the side from my wife and sister in law, she makes killer Lasagna.

Still have some of her killer sauce and meatballs in the fridge we didn't put on there.

Not really she came from upstate and I was born in Staten Island though I didn't grow up there.

But we've both been living in Florida 25 years now, he he.

Cool down phase 🙂

I don't make my own very often but when I do, for my crust I always add 1/3 cup of parmesan, tsp salt, 2 tb garlic butter, dash of oregano and olive oil. Usually just buy pizza dough and sauce kits from the store. Then I layer it super thick with sausage or hamburger and cheese. That's generally all I prefer to have on it.

As someone who makes their own, this looks like poo.

Actually it looks just like the old school Italian pizza's. Some pizza joints that have been around forever without changing anything still make them like that. I don't think pizza's are supposed to look pretty like Papa Johns or anything.

Publix Deli fresh Pizza Dough, a stone and minced garlic.

Then some TLC.

And my sister-in laws home made sauce from scratch.

We've some fresh parmesan in the fridge, but decided to leave that off using the whole milk Mozzerella.

*edit* and like the wife just said, don't ever wash the pizza stone.

I notice a lack of red glow to the heating elements in your stove. What's up with that? Do you think pizza cooks at 300 degrees or something??

It was warming up had just stuck it in there.

Notice the dough still raw and was in pre topping phase at the time, was a 7 minute preheat of sauce and dough before toppings.

Hadn't preheated I guess.

It was on 400 ATT.

Soooooo, what you're saying is you're clueless how a pizza stone works, or what a pizza stone is for. That about right?

(Not saying that it still doesn't look tasty though.)

Looks like dung. Now this is a pizza!

Kashi pizza will knock your socks off with its tasty sauce! Also, its organic! Eat it with your favorite beer! It's also good for you. I call it "Good for you Pizza!"

Looks great.

Loaf of bread looks real good too. Although I fear it might shred my mouth. Would love to try it though.

this was the first pizza I ever made. I made the crust from scratch. It looks a bit odd but turned out really good.
