Canadian bacon + pineapple is a win for me!
Can't say I'm a fan of Canadian bacon. Every time I used to order a pizza with real bacon on it they ask if I want Canadian bacon and I'd just want to scream HELL NO into the phone (but just said no, regular bacon please lol). Don't have to worry about that now that I just use the web for my orders nowadays.

HARD PASS. LOL. At my last job, I had a co-worker, when asked what kind of pizza I should make this week, suggest that I make a sushi pizza. I HATE sushi. I settled by making a mac n' cheese pizza that he loved at a child. Of course, I made the mac n' cheese from scratch for the first time and used it as my base. Then, pecan smoked sausage finished off with fresh sliced jalapenos!
Gotta do the None Pizza, Left Beef next

Apparently the McDonald's in Orlando next to Disney is the only one that still sells it. The complaint was that it took 11 to 16 minutes per pie, not great for drive-thru lol. There's even a podcast about it loo:

This guy tried it:

Had it back in the day. It was ok, typical McDonalds food, tastes ok, but not authentic to anything. Mostly just tried it then went back to other things.

Pineapple isn’t ideal but not perfectly awful either. I can’t abide jalapeños on pizza; the flavor clashes with everything else.

I'll be that guy - jalapenos aren't that tasty. They're grassy and very one note. How about some Hatch chilis on a pizza?

Never heard of jalapenos on pizza before today. I only buy them to make my hot sauce:

1lb organic jalapenos, diced
10lb of my home grown vine ripened tomatoes, cut in chunks
A little salt
1/2 teaspoon citric acid/quart

Simmer a while and can in steamed canning jars.

Caputo semolina and 00 flour FTW. 60% hydration, lil honey and EVOO in the dough. 24hr bulk cold ferment, ball it out + another 24hr cold ferment. I launch at a surface temp of ~750F with the flame all the way down. Get a good cook on the undercarriage, then crank the flame to ~75% to crisp up the top and get a bit more color. Total cook time is around 3-5 minutes.

Sauce is best simple -- Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes, lil salt, oregano, garlic, glug of EVOO.

Ouch can't imagine paying $9000 for a pizza oven wehn I can just go to Costco and get a pizza for $10.
Meh, it's fine to have a slice for convenience, but I'd never buy a whole pie there with the intention to take it home and eat it myself. If it's that or Pizza Hut or Domino's, sure, I'll go with Costco, but if there are any other options on tap (to include Little Caesar's, but not Papa John's because fuck Papa John) I'm going a different way.

Not sure I would. Costco is worse than Domino's in my experience. Haven't had Pizza Hut in 20 years to compare.
I've only had Domino's a few times in the past 5 years (3 different locations), only once was it actually good, the others it was definitely worse than Costco.

Once is more than none, which is Costco for me. I really don't understand how it's popular. I've had it in multiple states, too, so it's not like my main Costco is an outlier.

It's cheap and the lowest common denominator is pretty fucking low for pizza, apparently.

Yeah. Too greasy. And the last time I had a few slices (I think four?), I got a pretty bad case of sinusitis. Meaning the cheese they used must've been old and frozen for ages. I get the same problem if I eat 500mL of frozen supermarket ice cream (tried only once. Never again!).
