Probably the fact that it's a Dell, Pentium III 800MHz, and only $600 is really appealing to you.

I love the 4100 for it's better case offering much more upgradeability down the road, there is no "integrated" this and that. I'm using my 4100 right now and the funniest thing I like it for is the variable speed fan, it's so quiet (almost whisper quiet). But I do kind of miss the audible fan I heard in my home brew AMD Athlon 650/Antec KS282/Asus K7V system. Sorry for rambling, I'll stop now
