While I would like to see this myself, it would suck that one of these two teams would have to go home a loser.
 
Explain this to me. That looks like a 16:9 screen you are watching, but the content looks like 4:3 stretched to 16:9. Why? Fox broadcasts in 16:9 EDTV. Maybe you ought to clue the bar manager into the fact that an HDTV looks like crap unless you buy an HDTV receiver.

BTW we have a Jillian's here in Champaign, IL. Fun place.

Oh well...... it was a MADHOUSE for hours after the game, and they were letting people get away with almost anything. Such a good time 🙂

Fox wasn't broadcasting in EDTV. It was SD, at least on Time Warner in NYC. I sure hope they don't do the WS because it looked liked crap.

Really? Anyone with HD capability get the signal OTA? I could swear that all Fox MLB games were to be broadcast in EDTV (16:9 480p).

I don't know, my local Fox station sucks. They don't even have DTV capability yet.
 
Was this the same Jillians that Fox was showing during the game? And if so, did someone beat up the guy wearing the visor backwards and upside down? Please say yes, it was bothering me everytime Fox went to those shots.

Yes, it was... and actually, there were like 3 idiots wearing the visors in "rally cap" mode even when we were leading.

I wish I had more to hoard... truth is I was too busy drinking and slapping everyone's hand to truly focus on making any sort of contact with said hotness :beer:
 
Heh, don't worry, there will be PLENTY more Red Sox hotties out in full force for the ALCS. I'm taking my digicam out next time, it was madness here in North Central Connecticut (near the Mass border).
 
The only reason that I would want the sox to win is to witness the mass riots in Boston for the remainder of the week. But watching all the Sox fans cry and bitch about the yankees is almost as fun.
