Yeah, but I consitently heard they tend to be cheaply built and die early. Having been using Lite-On CDRW's for years, and having several just stop working in under a year of use, I'm going to avoid Lite-On for my DVD burner.

It also seems like the Nu-Tech has excellent firmware support, which is one advantage Lite-On has always had, so it should be ok. I'm basically getting this drive for free anyhow since I'm selling off an old system for a $100...
