Saw your post on the corvetteforum about installing HUD. Who's installing it? I glanced at the instructions and it looked pretty time consuming and difficult. That's the only mod I want other than a supercharger or a Z06.

Have fun and be careful flooring it when it's cold and wet. I almost put my car sideways when I floored it leaving the ga400 tollbooth. You should have better traction with your wider GS wheels.

They sell Vettes with an auto? I've been wanting a manual ever since I got rid of the GTO, so I had to go that route with this.

As far as the HUD install goes, I was going to take the shortcut approach and try it myself. If I open things up and it's too much, I will look at getting help from someone else.

Plates on OP's car is from Jim Ellis Chevy on Peachtree Industrial near Chamblee, GA. They don't specialize in Corvettes like Maxi Price.

Maxi is a high volume dealer, but Jim Ellis is the Corvette Atlanta sponsor. Pretty good place to buy from. They had a new ZR1 in Torch Red when I picked mine up last week.

Yes and I picked up the Mild2Wild kit and installed it last night. The dual mode is a gimmick from a performance standpoint, but I do like the sound when the exhaust is fully open.

yeah I agree, I ended up geting rid of the M2W remote and installed a dead pedal switch instead, was annoyed with trying to fumble with the remote.
