I am going to go back to the same fun store in a week or so and pick up the Glock 20 in 10mm I have also been wanting.
10mm has become my favorite round. I carry a compact GLOCK 29 in 10mm. If I'm out in the woods, I fill it with heavy cast lead full-house loads. Around home and town, normal JHPs. With all of the bear activity in the area lately, I wanted something a little more 'magnum'.
EDIT -- just finished reading the thread. You're one of my favorite guys here on the forum. Please set us straight, fess up or something, I'm kind-of disappointed...

I had never owned a sig before, and that was a price that I could not turn down, so I decided to go for it.

That was a typo, I should have said I have never owned a sig 229 before. Just an honest typo.
I still have both of the 220's, I got them both used from CDNN a couple of years ago. Call shens if you want, I dont give a shit. I am gonna edit the original post to fix the typo.

Go prove these guys wrong. We need to see a pair of 220s and your 229 together. Write on a piece of paper, "Not owned." and put it in the picture.

When you get a 10mm, let me know how you like it. I hear they handle the Double Tap full house loads really surprisingly well. I've not shot any out of mine yet (don't have any Double Tap myself), but plan on getting some of their 'beartooth' rounds for woods use.

In a thread from a few months ago where everyone was listing what guns they owned, you showed a picture of 2 Sig 220's.
EDIT: Here it is:

To hell with them, as I said, they can call shens all they want.
I used to own a Sig Mosquito as well, since we are on the subject of sig ownership. I sold that thing to get a Walther P22 though, so I could have a factory threaded barrel.

I love sigs.
They have a very good, heavy, quality feel to them.
I wish I had a spare $750 to get one![]()

In all fairness it doesn't take much to get these twerps excited.
