Wait til he finds out that the real estate agent informed the seller that the house had an incredible amount of interest lately
(thanks to all the hits from ATOT)
Now, the seller is going to hold out for more money 🙂

I live 45 mins north Boston...My house(I still live at home with parents and lil sis while I go to college) is about 1 quarter smaller than those houses, 1 bath. Three bedrooms, no fireplace, 2 prong electical outlets, unfinished basement. Its an 60 year old house. THE THING COSTS 300k and that is cheap around here...those things cost 155k or less and are way better than my house. I am definately moving to the south when im done with school.

Personally I hate your typical split/tri level house, like #2 and #3, so I would not pick either of thoes.

I like house 2.

It's more inviting IMO. The entrance is more appealing too. The description of the master bath sounds better than H1. I also prefer to have a basements, so that's a plus. H2 also offers an extra bedroom which can be an office if u choose or extra storage space

were is the garage on house 2? house3 looks nice since u can see both garage doors, thats just my opinion.
if more pics of house 2 are available most likely it will be my choice not sure yet.

its on the left side of the house. apparently this type is preferred - i have no idea why. It's a corner lot, with a pretty big yard... I'd say 1/2 acre at least. (which sucks because I hate mowing grass.. I also will need to buy a lawnmower... arg.)

The backyard is NOT fenced in.. not that it matters much, I don't have a dog or kids. Eventually I would like to fence it in.. just because.

house 2 is really nice. seperate bathtub and shower, etc

house 3 bathroom is kind of ugly and small
