Starting it up again with some friends. I've played everything but Warrior, Rogue, and Priest. Don't really feel like being a caster.

I had fun with the Rogue class, but it was a lot harder to join groups as a rogue.

end game wise...

warrior = standing in front of boss sundering and getting pounded on. hoping the healer doesn't suck or else you're dead.

rogue = standing behind a boss sinister striking/backstabbing. hoping you don't steal aggro and die in one hit.

Get that aggro add-on and it can help you stay alive longer

How do mmorpg's work anyways? Is it one big server, or a whole bunch of other servers that report to a master server?

choose rogue. it's easier to instance / raid with a crappy rogue on your side than a tank.

most people suck and / or don't pay attention. at least if you're a rogue, you can sit there and hit SS and just watch tv. nothing worse than an imcompetent meat shield.

Just quit for a 3rd time after leveling a rogue to 60(also have a shammy and a pally 60). Rogues are fun solo and there are a handfull of moments in PvP that will bring a smile to your face(ambushing a poor mage while drinking..) but overall it was a very boring and needless class at 60. In PvP you will get knocked out of stealth if someone farts near you and in instances it's a toss up between you and hunters for last pick. If all I ever wanted to do was grind mobs solo, then I'd be extremely happy with my rogue. For everything else...

On another note, I have a 47 priest and I enjoyed playing him up until that point. Can't comment on the 60 game though. Never levelled a warrior past 10(not too fond of the rage system)

Warrior all the way. I deleted my 60 rogue in full epics due to class imbalance.

Why bother deleting? Just tuck him away for later.

Rogues have some excellent buffs in the expansion.

I too, have returned to WoW in anticipation of the Burning Crusade. I'll be rolling a shaman (horde side) and man... are they getting raped on the 60+ spells and talents so far.
