Not all of them, but most of the ones I do are handheld. I use tripods, but very rarely

What is the max exposure you'll use without a tripod? I don't have much luck beyond 1/8 second.

Yeah, definately need a tripod for multiple second shots.

My pics were taken with a lowly A60. I can give EXIF info if anyone is interested.

Yeah, you almost just have to get lucky at those kind of shutter speeds. I have moderate luck at 1/8 - 1/4th. But lately I have been learning to stop way down and use the flash with macro shots, so it hasn't been much of an issue..

For my SLR, I've got a Nikon N80

A 28-105mm 1:3.5 -4.5 D wide angle macro lens w/ polarizing filter
A 28-80 Nikkor G lens
A 75-240mm 1:4.5-5.6D Nikkor telephoto lens


I sold a lot of the stuff I used to have when I was really into it. Just kept a few lenses

My digital camera is a Canon G2
