Then again, the fact that we have TWO new motherboards might have something to do with it! 😀

That was the ONLY way we were winning! God knows I sucked at Counter-Strike and Ander was winning EVERYTHING that had to do with skill... The wife enjoyed Counter-Strike, though (we were both first-timers to that).

That depends mostly on being able to find a location to hold the next event. I would like to go back to a BYOC event just because it can be more fun, and because a lot of people who wanted to show off their machines weren't able to at the last party. It's amazing how hard it is to find a place to fit 40 geeks with 40 computers + servers/network equipment that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Unless we find a free location (or something DIRT cheap (like below $200)) we need to have enough people registered and prepaid to even reserve a location.

On that note, if ANYONE knows of a place where a LAN party could even possibly be held.. PLEASE let us know. The sooner we can nail down a loaction, the sooner we can get the ball rolling.
