Guilty of what? Are you one of those people who believes that what you wear and where you sit to watch the game have some supernatural impact on the outcome?

I'm still not seeing what's so bad about the fans and press actually getting excited and going out to support their team....

You will not see it since you are part of it.

I guess your point makes sense but what you so clearly fail to see is.....

if you are not a part of it you will not see it either.

I think you underestimate them. They actually do have realistic expectations. Doesn't mean they aren't rooting for their team to go all the way.

And so...I'm STILL wondering what's so bad about the fans and press actually getting excited and going out to support their team...you haven't been able to explain that away.

The Eagles suck, Cowboys owned you. :p

They Flyers are doing well, but you aren't even in first place in your conference (you do have a better record, just less games played thing), much less the league. I don't follow basketball much *opens up standings* and you guys are doing well there too.

I mean really, I could say the same about Dallas. Cowboys in first (division), Stars in first (conference), Mavs in second at 5-2.

"in charge"? No.

GO COWBOYS!, GO STARS!, GO MAVS!

You wouldn't happen to live in Dallas ;) ?

Nope, Ft. Worth. ;)

I'm a Sixers fan and am happy that they're playing well so far. However, they're going to have a tough time keeping up with Detroit and possibly Miami and Indiana.

I wouldn't fret too much about the Eagles. They're allowed to have one subpar season after the many successes they've had. Next year, McNabb will be healthy again. Other than a RB (or use Westbrook more) and a good WR, they still have a good team.

The Cowboys are not the team you think they are, sure you can talk smack right now and say that they owned the Eagles this year, but mark my words....The Cowboys are not a playoff caliber team this year. The Flyers will make the playoffs this year and stand a good chance to win it all with the team playing the way it is right now. I don't follow B-Ball that much either, but the Sixers are on a six game wining streak and looking great right now.

The Cowboys will flop and win only 2 of the games remaining in the season and finish 8 wins and 8 loses with the Giants taking the division for this season.
Fixed quotes, you didn't even quote me.

I never said the Cowboys are anything, so WTF are you talking about? What I said was the Eagles suck and that they Cowboys owned you. They did. 2-0 sweep, blow out one game, incredible come-from-behind. Ownage.

The Cowboys will make the payoffs, they lead their division, making them a playoff caliber team. Simple as that.

Philly is NOT in charge and they never were. :p

You are funny, Philly has owned the Cowboys since 2000. The Cowboys I guess were due for a comeback year, a win is a win, but the second game they were outplayed bad.

I think you will change your tune when the Giants win the division and the Cowboys don't even see a wild card spot.

Iguodala is hardly a surprise. Everyone knew this kid could play.

I can't say I'm surprised to see the Sixers playing well. Webber wasn't going to be depressed about the trade forever and he's probably enjoying Philadelphia much more than cow town Sacramento. :D

I'm pretty interested to see how McMahon makes out this weekend. He's got great speed, and is an effective rusher.

I don't think the supporting cast was really there for him when he was in Detroit. In Philly however, they should be able to work him into the playbook quite nicely since he has scrambling ability like McNabb.

I'll be keeping a close eye on him... former Lions have a knack for busting loose when they go to another team.

Detroit fans can't exactly be proud of the Tigers. ;)

Hey, he got the victory for the Steelers when he started, didn't he? :) IIRC... hmm

I was referring to someone like Morton or Droughns. obviously not every former Lion is good, but... I think McMahon has the potential to be.

I've always liked the 76ers (mostly because of Iverson), but gotta cheer on my Falcons over the Eagles. Hockey, if I had to pick a team that I like, it'd probably be the Penguins.

Do you even know the history of these two teams?

The record is like 50-39 (too many sites blocked by websense due to "eml" in the URL, so I tried to verify ). So in the long run we own you. Oh, wait, you want to compare a small time frame. Well I do to, let's look at the '05 season. Gee we owned you in the short term too. Oh wait, you want to compare a slice of history (like that's relelvant), see 90s. Owned, owned, owned. ;)

I won't change my tune, I'll still pull for the Cowboys. I did it during Aikman's first season (1-15) why would missing the playoffs stop me?

Yes I do know the history of the two teams...thanks. Next year why don't you come to philly to watch the Cowboys vs. Eagles game, I have two season tickets, you can come sit with me in my section wearing a Cowboys Jersey and run your mouth like this there. ROFL

You don't have to change your tune, I am not asking you to. I am just stating that it will be real sunny when the Cowboys don't make the playoffs this year that's all.
