While I agree that he deserved this, AFAIK, the job of the police is to enforce the law, not hand out punishments. It's the job of the judge to determine the appropriate punishment. Have you people forgotten some of the most basic principles of our Constitutional Republic?

i find it funny that the fat ass cop couldnt catch him so tazed him..then the next night they have better cops who catch the guy.

i hope the kid gets out of the charges (though don't feel sorry for him getting tazed).

Yes. It is very popular here in AT land to disregard the law and police officers.

Don't forget that one of the other reasons for use of the tazer is to avoid injury for the officer. If that fat assed cop had tried to tackle the kid, he probably would have broken his own neck.
