Nice projection!

That's already been played. But see, I'm not the one all engorged over the thought of a convention full of my "enemies" being gunned down, just to prove an ideological point. You're sick, you need help.

What incredible irony, you sick, twisted fuck. o_O

Not at all, you evil fuckers are twisted. I pity you. :\

"SafeSpace"? As if you guys didn't create those. lulz

Ah, #TheTriggering. Liberals are fine, but you sick freaks aren't "liberal". You're authoritarian Left, in a lather and wanting to see your enemies die. Maybe it's not too late to join ISIS, that way you can play out your fantasies in real life?

:hmm:

Thorazine might be a good solution about now.

They sure do get freaked out when you point out how twisted they are, don't they? It's no small wonder radical Islam doesn't bother them, they have so much in common. :\

Lefties didn't come up with the notion that everybody should be able to carry a gun under any & all circumstances. We merely point out the absurdity of that idea using the RNC as a real life example.

If you, too, think it's an absurd idea, feel free to say so.

Actually on that I beg to differ.

Radical islam has more in common with the right wing tea baggers. Lets see..

1. both can't stand foreigners/ minorities
2. both can't stand a view other than their own
3. both want to control their world based on their military prowess
4. both want to take their countries BACK
5. both want to deny women's rights to be a slut or prostitute if she so wishes
6. both want to eliminate transgender/ gays/ lesbians/ bisexuals
7. both are driven by the ideology of a "god" (Allah/ one nation under god)

But there's a big difference inbetween 3 million US muslims who are fully integrated and westernized and believe in America and the American dream vs the Muslim dream of 72 virgins. But sadly the right wing rules by fear and it's pretty evident as witnessed by islamophobic attacks in the US and many of them hurting people who are not even muslim.

The right wing needs to be watched just as closely as radical islam but the media doesn't pay any attention to it.

Did you know that more Americans have died to right wing terrorist attacks over the last 10 years in the USA than to Muslim attacks?

And ofcourse racist xenophobes ignore that and trumpet their hate and idiots on these forums drink the kool-aid and just parrot it blindly or maybe even willingly.

No one says you can carry a gun under any and all.circumstances. For example, you can't carry one onto my private property. You're free to wherever else unless its on someone else's property who doesn't want you armed or to someone else's event.

You knew that.

But part of being an igornant leftist is *always* purposefully misunderstanding something and being a jackass about it. Withness this thread.

I don't think they need any 'Obama advice'. ;)

Jokes? Yeah, try that angle to cover up your hardon for carnage. You're Triggered™ because someone has revealed just how damaged you bastards on the Prog Left are. Don't try to run from it now.

The only difference between ISIS or Al Qaeda terrorists and the bigots, haters, and self-agrandizing fundamentalist wingnuts who now dominate the Republican party is the name of the deity they claim as justification for their evil.

You don't defeat evil by becoming the evil you claim you are trying to defeat.

For example, you can't carry one onto my private property.

If your state is open carry I bet it's legal, unless you have no trespassing signs up, etc.

Walking into your house with it would be a different subject.

You seem to confuse principles with preferences. The question here is not that you cannot limit guns in private properties, but rather why you want to do so.

You do not want to answer that so you move the goal post, which only highlights the lack of the answer.

And it is preposterous to say the convention is a "private" event. The GOP will want as much publicity, preferably a positive one, as it can get. There will be thousands of people gathered, and the public resources will be shared so that they can celebrate the freedom of association. Public services such as the police and the fire department will be deployed so that this "private" event is carried out peacefully. The city will not be spared blame because the event is "private" if it fails to provide adequate public services.

If they wanted a private meeting, they know how to hold one. The convention is not one of them.

Duh. Because people like you have childish minds, and I personally wouldn't want anyone with a mind as weak as yours (or most of the circle jerk leftists in this thread) carrying a dangerous weapon on MY property. I don't trust you. You're not very bright, and you'd probably be likely to end up shooting someone, or getting yourself shot. It's that simple.

Politicians realize that anyone can attend their events, including child-minds like you and your fellow lefties, and they don't want to get shot. Again, it's that simple. There's a reason we have the Secret Service.

I know you dimbulbs thought you had some kind of "gotcha!" with this, but most people know the reason why politicians and firearms don't go together. It has absolutely NOTHING do to with anyone else's right to defend their person and property.

Says the dimwit who started off with the strawman that anyone believes in guns "under any & all circumstances".

You're a child, Jhhnn. Explaining anything to you is like talking to a 3 year old.

Though Ohio is an open carry state, which allows for the open carry of guns, the hosting venue—the Quicken Loans Arena—strictly forbids the carry of firearms on their premises.

Like I said, when one dumb leftie gets a bone-stupid idea in their head -forget the facts, forget logic- the hive-mind of the others sure can latch onto it.

Reps should move the convention to a gun friendly venue. Otherwise, they're a bunch of hypocrite pansies.

Reps should ... (do what I want so I can be right, because blockheads that can't even read THOUGHT they had a gotcha, but as usual were just being purposefully stupid.)

Yeah, yeah. We know.

And by the way, no one is saying their won't be guns at the event. There will be *plenty* of them. In the hands of whatever security is chosen, possibly the secret security. (Not sure if they cover prez. candidates or not.)

There just won't be any in the hands of nitwits like Jhhnn or any of you other unstable halfwits. :D

So, wait... You agree that allowing weapons into the RNC is bad idea? So why do you agree with Magick man who says otherwise?

The issue isn't weapons on private property like in your house, at the range or actual hunting but about carrying them everywhere as extremists advocate. It's not like handguns should rightfully be seen merely as fashion accessories.
