Is there some activity that can help calm you? Even something as simple as cleaning up and turning on some lights or cooking a favorite meal can bring relief.

Was this your mom? Try to take a deep breath take things in tiny steps for the moment.

Sorry to hear it was anyone in that predicament, but especially your Mom. At first I thought you had went on a call and it was someone else's mother you saw. 🙁
