Good God, that's gotta suck. However, I would suggest calling your MD and getting a referral to a mental health professional. Obviously this problem isn't going to fix itself anytime soon, and having a psychiatrist to check you out would be the smartest thing I could suggest.

First I've seen this as well, hang in there 911, I can't imagine what it's like but I am thinking of you and your family. Keep us updated so we at least know you're alright.
