listening to the radio and finding a song you like but not knowing what it's called or who it's by
The damn post office this time of year
I thought we were far enough past Christmas that all the unprepared idiots would have retreated by now. No such luck! I went in there today, as I do everyday with a dozen packages to be sent out. I knew I was in trouble, for the line was out the door and half way accross the parking lot.
Now, I always have my stuff prepacked, labeled, confirmation and insurance stickers in place, etc.
What part about having your stuff packed and filled out before you get to the counter, do these dumbos not understand?
I can't believe the dimwits who are standing at the counter stuffing things into boxes and filling out paperwork. There was one lady who had to be told 3 times that it was her turn, while she flapped her gums at another patron. :|
The drive to and from, including 74 minutes in line, was about 2 hrs and 15 minutes!
Anyway, can you tell yet that going to the P.O. is one of my pet peaves? :Q

WTF is up with people that cut in front of you at the drive-thru in the bank, then sit there and fill out their deposit stuff? Some guy did that to me late today, he was lucky Mrs. Sluggo the calming influence in my life was with me, or I seriously would have drug him out of his car and beat him silly.
