I dunno, if I actually could afford the cars you listed they probably would not be sitting in a garage a cat could just walk into to begin with.

Rebuilding cars in a pole barn ?

What is wrong with cat people? You have completely skewed and totally out of whack principals. It's MY PROPERTY.....why should I have to do anything special to secure it on MY PROPERTY from pet cats that don't belong on MY PROPERTY? BTW, my garages have always been brick or wood stand alone buildings with slab floors, not pole barns. I've caught cats in my cars in the middle of the day with the door up after going inside the house for a few minutes to eat or whatever. That's how I caught the one crapping in my car.

The more you people talk the more inclined I am to just go back to shooting them. It's what you deserve for being such irresponsible pet owners.

mine dropped it in the middle of our bed, while we were sleeping, she must have brought it in earlier in the day stashed it somewhere and then in the middle of the night moved it to our bed, as they are only allowed outside while we are home and awake the door is closed at night.

I know something like "feral" cats allegedly exist, there are plenty of free roaming cats here in this little town who hang out behind the dumpsters. They seem to be doing relatively well and some people even feed them.

When our cats were still allowed to "roam free", that is down in the apt complex area and outside, in a say, 50m area from the house, they literally spent 80% of their time out there. Saying that "feral" cats are not necessarily "feral" cats, but simply normal cats who just happen to like being outside. I hate the idea that some people think they can just take cats they see on the streets, or doing worse, since they ASSUME it's "feral" cats. As said earlier, cats are not like us who are fine sitting on a computer all day long. Them being outside doesn't mean they're "free game".
Feral doesn't just mean stray. You don't really adopt a feral cat.

My cats do not run loose, have stated that already.

I've disagreed with it already in the thread.

I don't think the issue is your frustration with animals getting on your property because of shitty owners--that pisses off rational people and I get that.

It's that you really don't care about shooting animals, much less someone's pet. There is absolutely no excuse for that. Despite whatever you think about this, rest assured that this makes you something of a psycopath.

try this: mix up a (dilute--like 2-5%) bleach/cayenne pepper solution in a spray bottle and spray it around the outside of your garage. That keeps pretty much anything away. Rats or possums nesting in your attic? put a floodlight up there and/or spray their nesting area with the same solution. They will get the fuck out and stay out.
