They would revert back to Clintonian/Democratic fantasies. That in itself is scary. I don't trust Democrats with national security. The last Democrat (aside from Clinton) that mishandled national security came before Clinton and his name was Carter.

Didn't you say you are a Democrat Dari?

The biggest intelligence failure and terrorist act in the history of America, happened under Bush about 9 months into office. The only thing they have been successful at doing is deflecting the blame back to Clinton.

Lesser of two evils, Kerry is a moron and would waffle us to death with flip flopping on the issues..

Like how the war was about WMD's/9-11/Al Qaeda/Uranium/Empty Tubes/Grave DANGER/Freeing Iraq/Saddam's a bad man though he wasn't an imminent threat/Democracy (essentially Nation Building which he was totally against in the 2000 election debates).

Solid as a rock!

Lesser of two evils. Seriously, Bush rates about a 3 on my scale from 1 to 10. However, I have yet to see a democrat rate higher than a 1 except for Russ Feingold. Russ rates about a 2.5.

Basically, when the American people vote, they are just deciding which way they want to be screwed.

I think you need to take another look at 'Ol Russel "like the back of my hand" Feingold. He's not what he's cracked up to be. He might be a 1.25 or 1.5 but I think you give him way too much credit with a 2.5;) I know I know he's in your back yard but it was my back yard a few years ago too. Russ hasn't changed in those few years.

He might be marginally better than your average Dem pol in Wisconsin but IMO you gave him too much credit. He's a party line guy minus the campaign finance BS(which scores negative points with me;))

I'm not sure why he gets more credit from you. Is there something that makes him special?

Unless something radical happens Bush will get my vote. Kerry won't get my vote no matter what. His past antics, leave a worse taste in my mouth than do those of Bush. I still feel Kerry to be a better choice than Dean, or Clark, but I prefer Edwards to any of the candidates at this point.

I had my reasons years ago, but I don't remember what they are anymore ;) I think he made some good votes that went against his fellow democrats on a few big issues that I thought were important. I don't remember what they were anymore, but I remember it made an impact on me. I get letters from his office every now and then to go to a listening session with him but I can never make it. I guess I just like him better than most democrats.

I don't like Kerry and am disappointed at the fact he is pulling ahead in the primaries. That said, anything is better than Bush.

I wonder if algore will sue again to try and win the election this time

;)

Al Gore did win the election. Bush was selected. The votes were never counted during the election. They were counted after the election independently. Just as Bush knew when he stopped the vote count, GORE WON.

It's very important for the future credibility and respect of America with future citizens of the world that everybody know that Bush lost the election and was not the person voted in as President. The great loss and disaster he brought to the nation flows from that. God did not want him to win. He won because of the Devil. He's a cheat and a fraud and a man without principle. The fantastic part is that the votes he did get are from those who fear the Devil. But that's the way the Devil is, tricky. He always looks like the Savior to those who fear Salvation.

Get over it. The results of the election were inconclusive. If you talk to the liberals, Gore won. If you talk to the conservatives, Bush won. No one knows for real what happened. It just depends on where you get your info from. Trying to argue about who won is like arguing about whether the glass is half full or empty. Both sides can make a very compelling argument and provide TONS of evidence, but in the end, no one will be proven wrong and everyone will go home unhappy.

Bull sh!t. The votes were counted after the election. Gore won. He won according to the ballots count. The ballots were finally counted. You can interpreted anything you want but you can't change numbers. Gore got the most legal votes. Bush stole the election. Why do you think he sued to have the count stopped. They knew from the exit polls who won. Bush knew he lost. That's why he stopped the vote count.

Yep - here's one more thread moonie decided to unload his infamous election 2000 turd on. Don't even pay attention to his BS anymore - he does it to get attention - he thrives on it. I've called him out on this multiple times and yet he refuses to debate the subject on it's own - rather he plops this turd in any thread he can.
It's sad to see people living in the past like this, denying reality and refusing to move on because of it can't be good for one's mental health.

Yes, that's right, I'm so famously wrong on this Caddy wets his pants every time I point it out. Just do what he says but can't do and ignore me. Truth ignored causes an itch. It's that itch that makes Caddy spew. He knows the object of his sycophancy is a fraud.
