That would mess up his life. He would say his name is Bill and people would write it down as William. They try to email him (first.last at company.com), look him up on facebook, look him up on the employee directory, and they all say he doesn't exist.Billiam has a nice ring to it though.
This website about names is interesting. Discussoin about Aiden sheds some light on why it's popular. It's interesting to see that some people named their daughter Aiden even though it's a man's name. Even worse is that it's a popular name. A class might have 3 kids named Aiden and the girl is the odd one out. That would be like naming your son Bella.
Apparently it's popular due to a character from Sex and the City. Aiden Shaw was engaged to horse face in the show.
