It's mostly becuase of Anime - so everyone wants to learn to scream "DATTEBAYO" in Japanese. I like anime, but I respect Japanese culture becuase of their ancient tradition and cultural roots, becuase it's different. What goes on nowadays with the extreme-perversion is simply scary 😛.
what does that mean anyway? I heard thats something naruto says but i dont watch the series so...

What do you think of these people? If I was Japanese I would be pissed at all these clowns obsessing over my culture.

Are they obsessed or just really interested? The Japanese are so racist that I can not imagine what they think about the non-Japanese in general.

We are not racist. We look at everyone as fair as possible including ourselves and adapt from the best; something foreigners cannot do without bias because of having too much pride in their own tradition.
