Of particular interest, was the segment showing that "organic' crops are sprayed with far more toxic and potentially dangerous pesticides, than the latest synthetics in use.
The stoners with the Tee Pee, seriously, it would have been better if they had chosen not to have children, me thinks.![]()
Yea that one really got me and then I reseatched it more as well. They are no healthy for you then regular grown stuff. It's marketing plain and simple. Like the other thread we had about organic foods. Many people said it's just your head making you think it tastes better to justify buying it. I've never bought organic and never will.
I think I'd be able to tell they were the same banana, or at least tasted the same. I'm pretty objective with my food purchases. I probably would have rejected both apples, as I imagine they were Red Delicious. If they were a decent variety, grown with equal care, I imagine they'd taste the same.
Well yea but that's not the point of the video. The point is to debunk that Organic is healthier, tastes better, helps the small farmer, helps the earth, and all that crap and none of it is true. If you want to help your small farmer, go buy at a local farmer's market. Don't go to a grocery store to buy it.
