Whole Foods, people love paying the extra. Organic Foods has pretty much the same regulatory rules as bottled water. People needs to be more educated about what they are buying.

Orange County Register did an article about how organic is not actually "organic" as well.

I feel embarrassed just watching the woman in #3. Where the fuck do they find these nutjobs and how do they sustain jobs?

Maybe she should use some fucking uncooked organic vegan shampoo.

Devotions to purity and you use religion as an example?

If anything is a devotion to purity it is the pursuit of unbiased truth, and as far as that goes we have a name for it; Science.

No need to be such a douchebag.. one thing you people on the opposite side of the spectrum are forgetting is the intent.. if these people knew these things, maybe they'd act differently. Anyways you can hardly fault these people as they're trying to do the right thing ignorant or not, it's not like the douchebags who drive around in their H2s just go shopping at the mall and bring their noisy fucking kids into the movie theatre and other associated bullshit. Hippies at the very least have a positive intent which shouldn't be looked down upon while the opposite site are filled with self gratifying douchebags who couldn't give to shits about the effects their behaviors have on others. My only want/need for organic food is the worry about pesticides, but after seeing this episode, I'm going to have to do a bit more reading to see if it's really true that you can't buy foods that aren't immersed in pesticides b/c if that's true, then we're fucked.

haha, great show. I never bought into organic anyways. It's simply a trend and a PR move by the farming companies

they always find complete morons when they do these type of "investigations"

he also makes a lot of unqualified statements throughout the video..

that said..people do need to fucking think instead of just being lulled by labels

environmentalists need to be forward thinking and willing to take their medicine when wrong about something

I think its great when someone challenges my beliefs..crash them to the ground..i don't really intend to hold unsubstantiated beliefs..its just that im a human and its hard not to

lovely how rude and sarcastic people are about these things when if their life was held up to scrutiny they would fail the test as well
