This is just sickening. Unreal that a child rapist was raping a kid in the PSU showers in 2002 and a current assistant coach and Jopa never followed up on it. Yes, they "reported" it but a) They knew this guy had a charity working with kids and b) He was still allowed to attend games and hang with the team b/c he was friends with Jopa and the other coaches. It's sick that nobody, including Jopa followed up on this and allowed this monster to continue assaulting kids for almost a decade after that.
Not to mention the 7 other kids the guy raped.
Sick, IMO Penn State needs to fire all of them - Jopa included - and clean house to save their rep.

So this predator was working out in the PSU gym last week. That's just great.
And in 2002, Kelly said, a graduate assistant saw Sandusky sexually assault a naked boy, estimated to be about 10 years old, in a team locker room shower. The grad student and his father reported what he saw to Paterno, who immediately told Curley, prosecutors said.
The two school administrators fielded the complaint from an unnamed graduate assistant and from Paterno. Two people familiar with the investigation confirmed the identity of the graduate assistant as Mike McQueary, now the team's wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator. The two spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the names in the grand jury report haven't been publicly released.
McQueary's father, John, said his son was out of town on a recruiting trip Sunday, and he declined to comment about the case or say whether they were the two named in the grand jury report.

Sandusky was retired in 2002, when the incident in question took place. But he continued to spend time in the Penn State football building, where the incident took place. Yahoo! Sports' Dan Wetzel reported Monday that Sandusky was seen working out in the Penn State weight room last week.
Penn State is a notoriously airtight program.
Nobody spends that much time in the football building unless Joe Paterno approves of it.
