Not only that, he is protesting against equal protection under the law. Great leader there. Maybe he should have taken a moment to understand just what they were protesting instead of just a kneejerk reaction of being against whatever a black man was for.
I really think Trump put him up to it, and Pence just isn't an actor.

I'm reminded of observations from the black community about how it's virtually impossible for it to protest in an 'acceptable' way for many white people.

March on the streets? Too uppity (see the whites who pretend BLM is inherently violent). Sit down? Disrespectful. Speak up? Outrageous (just ask Jemele Hill). In other words, what they're really saying is that any form of black protest is unacceptable, and they'd really like black people to stay quiet and smile while they're being screwed.

THIS.

But, if some rednecks carrying guns take over a Federal building...

And this is what happens if you protest while at work. Only white 'christian' women fighting against equal gay rights are allowed to do that (and they'll get a PR campaign and stage time with politicians to boot).

I guess the Colts players just don't give 2 shits about Peyton Manning, who the day was for.

See how that works?
Players stayed, Pence walked out. Since you got such a yuck out of it volunteer to pay the expenses for this stunt. Since I'm sure you are concerned our taxpayers $ are being spent wisely.

Can you name a job (other than the military) where you're required to publically display your patriotism before you start your job? This wasn't even a thing for the NFL until the US Military PAID them in 2009 to start standing on the field during the national anthem. Since then, they've been tying sporting events and the military closer and closer.

LOL, do you even remember what you post within a thread? I honestly could care less if Pence is gay but that man is so repressed and in the closet it isn't funny yet he uses his position to wage a war on people who are comfortable with who they are.
Are you implying that men who wear panties are gay? 'Cause I'm pretty sure that is a hate crime now.

well, can we still call out the dudes that are really into (female) whores? I don't know why we should let Anthony Weiner off the hook for sticking his weiner in every possible, inappropriate hole.
Pretty sure you can still call them all out. Although Wiener seems to me to be spectacularly bad at actually find anyone into which he can stick little Wiener. Including his wife.

You aren't - you can stay in the locker room until all that unpleasantness is over. However, virtually no job is proof against embarrassing your employer and giving a big fuck you to your customers. If you choose to do so, be prepared for consequences.

that's true. I'm not sure we have any proof of anyone accepting his wiener, do we?

by the way, I'm still waiting for Pence to send me the refund for his latest political stunt.

Glad to see it only cost about a million of taxpayer dollars for this stupid BS of our government protesting 1st amendment rights by others. I want my money back.

Possum is waiting for his refund too
Honestly I'm sort of ok with it but it was so ham handed even the old picture of Pence with the jersey on. When I saw that I thought wow he got changed then I realized the first tweet was an old photo but for some reason his wife (Mother going forward) was wearing the same thing. Why didn't Pence wear the same outfit or was it just a coincidence that Mother wore the same outfit?

hamhanded?

He shows up at an event that is scheduled to honor the greatest Colts player ever--Peyton Manning--and turns it into a public Trump and Pence date night out with jingoistic immorality. One of the major problems with these asswhipes is that these stunts aren't doing anything for their base--the dotards that support them were long-ago convinced. They will march in lockstep behind whatever Trump and Pence do. They don't care.

All this shit does is alienate the rest of the country, and they lose more and more support from those that are seeing again and again what a bunch of petty halfwits occupy the Whitehouse. So, crap like this is just an expensive, taxpayer-funded, flash campaign event. Hijacking publicity for their own self-aggrandizement that does nothing but fluff the generously-fluffed.
