WOW!!! I just opened the box and its awesome!!! Everything is so neatly packed on their own box, and it came with a sleeving kit! This is some motherboard and I don't regret spending the money on it, and I hope I am qualified to even overclock with this board.
 
i got my computer up and running. i set up a dual boot with windows xp // ubuntu. this board came with 1006 flashed (Rev. 3). im satisfied except, my board is not a good overclocker, i can only run 1:1 at 220 fsb. i dont care though, im just happy i have a computer now xP
 
Got the system up and running, finally, its what I am using right now in the forum. Currently have an ATA drive for the sata drive have not been acquired yet. Don't know which to buy. Everything is stock so far, have not tried the SLI yet, I just wanted to see if the system will run before doing some complicated stuff on the board. It seems that everything is in order so will try SLI next and on to overclocking. Will do some benching stock and see how it compares to SLI and overclocked.
