May I ask what the issue was when calling customer service? I would like to apologize if you had rude treatment, but I was wondering what the issue was when you called?
This would be more convincing if you would give at least one reason why "they suck" -- your post says nothing other than you're unhappy and/or forgot to take your meds.
Was the CS person rude? unable to solve a real problem (and what was the problem)? were you charged a fee that wasn't listed clearly on their website? Did they creep into your house and snuff your dog Sparky?
