I just complained about a fee and they slapped me with a fee fee.
 
When the clueless have nothing better to do with their time, they bash what they do not understand. This forum gives them the oppurtunity.

May I ask what the issue was when calling customer service? I would like to apologize if you had rude treatment, but I was wondering what the issue was when you called?
 
Yeah...I've personally never had a problem with Paypal. In fact, it's great getting my money from buyers within minutes rather than days...
 
This would be more convincing if you would give at least one reason why "they suck" -- your post says nothing other than you're unhappy and/or forgot to take your meds.

Was the CS person rude? unable to solve a real problem (and what was the problem)? were you charged a fee that wasn't listed clearly on their website? Did they creep into your house and snuff your dog Sparky?
