I think I got it within a week or two. That was amost 5 years ago. It's a great card.

The cool thing about it is that there are no reprocussions for charging to it when it has no balance. You get denied, but its great to use for security deposits

Features - PayPal Debit Card

Are there daily limits on my ATM/Debit Card?

Yes. For your security, PayPal limits the amount that can be spent and withdrawn with your debit card. The daily limits are:

* $3,000.00 USD for purchases

* $400.00 USD for ATM cash withdrawals

You can view your daily limits from the Account Overview page by clicking the "View Limits" link next to your account balance.

Heh..I checked mine, and this is what it says:

Debit Card Limits
For your security, your PayPal debit card has a daily spending limit and ATM cash withdrawal limit.

Your daily spending limit is:

Your daily ATM cash withdrawal limit is:

I presume there are only values there if you've actually used the card that day.

I always use my Paypal debit card for security deposits. Once I forgot to cancel something and they tried to charge me like 10 times. HAHAHAHA I had free credit monitoring for 2 weeks over the trial period (whoops)

Plus 1.5% cashback. No card gives you 1.5% cashback for regular purchases. Esp for my ebay stuff, I use my paypal card. IT's easy to keep track of balances that way. Moreover, you can't get 1.5% everywhere you go (if you're gassing up, go ahead use the Citi Dividend Platinum Selec,t but what if you're somewhere else? =P)

Dude I stamps.com is charging my SimonMall Gift card like every five days for like 4 months

So you can set a certain amount of money with paypal debt or virtual?

It says 1.0% cash back when you promote paypal on your ebay site(don't mind doing)

No, it's whatever you have in your balance.

You really need to learn the basics of credit/debit cards before you get out in the real world.

Damn kids these days.

I know that. But can you set a certain amount that can be charged for a virtual credit card like that is offered with real CCs

I'm sorry for talking about two different things. Its gonna take two weeks, doesn't look like you can set a certain amount for the virtual CC. Guess you guys were referring that you can't get into a negative balance with paypal
