Perfect timing. Just picked up a brand new 6600 maH battery from Ebay with 1 year warranty for my Toshiba laptop for $44 AR. Much better than $100 in the retail chain....

Yes, just a one-time $15.

I've signed up and passed the link to my friend. He was wary, and only THEN did I notice the site isn't encrypted, like the entirety of the rest of PayPal. Er?

click on "see more stores" link - it takes you to a part that is secure

ok I signed up for the $15 off. Now how do I apply it on newegg? If I pay through paypal does it take it off at checkout or what?

It nice to know people don't know how to read simple terms and conditions to figure out how this works. God help us if we can't stand to read 7 terms that total 274 words...

Didn't see the terms and conditions not to mention even if I had probably wouldn't have thought to look in there on how to use it.

Rebate Payment. The $15.00 USD rebate will be deposited into your PayPal account by May 28, 2007. If you made your purchase in Canadian Dollars you will receive the Canadian Dollar equivalent of $15.00 USD at the day of the rebate payment.

Was thinking it was $15 off instantly. Owell I'll go ahead and use my debit card.

Thanks OP, I'm about to buy an 03/04 Cobra spoiler for my Mustang off eBay. Looks like I'll be saving some money now. 😀

Is this a one-time only deal? I did read the terms & conditions where it states "you must use your PayPal account to spend at least $30.00 USD or $34.50 CAD on a single purchase on an eligible website.", but it didn't really state whether or not one can do this on more than one eligible website.

Does this work with svc.com? A $15 Coolermaster Mystique 631 would be nice.

I hope so, i just bought this case figuring in this rebate

I believe it can be used with any merchant paypal account out there (which is why it can be used with ebay vendors). I could be wrong, though. And if so, then that's $15 more i spent on the case.

Limitations. Limit one registration and one $15.00 USD rebate per PayPal Account. Offer available for a limited time. Offer is limited to PayPal users in the United States and Canada. PayPal account must be in good standing prior to and throughout the offer period to qualify.

Clear as mud?

what do you mean paypal's site isn't encrypted? since the login till your account page, everything is forced to go through https.

I think he meant the page to enter your E-mail isn't encrypted. And it isn't if you follow the link on paypal.com, but it is in the OP's link. Odd.

been awhile since i used newegg so i didn't remember that they took paypal. so i took advantage of the paypal $15 by purchasing guitar hero II (which i've always wanted to buy on sale), and got 1% fatcash rebate in the process.

Are paypal funds with a credit card eligible for this deal or do I need to deposit money into my paypal account from my checking account first?

So can I advertise this deal in my eBay listings as a "You may be eligible for $15 off this auction when purchasing through Paypal"?

Thank you for pointing out my oversight to me & thousands of others.

The banner is not in Paypal site any more. PayPal changes its mind? Is this deal dead?

Wondering the same thing...I'm a paranoid bastard so i refuse to use the link in the OP. Midnight Rambler, where is the "See More Stores" link? On paypal's site or the original link?
