I know people don't like Paypal, but I did get the previous $20 off $50 offer and I don't see anything in the terms and conditions that says the previous offer excludes anyone from the new offer. YMMV.

This is the kind of thing that "makes" you spend money you were'nt going to spend. Now let's see what looks good over at the Egg.

And Paypal is fine as long as you keep your account working for you. (ie: don't let money let too much money sit in it if your not using it.)

I'm pretty much done with MIRs. Had a few too many wild goose chases from BB, CC, OMAX and their ilk. staples easy rebates I've been ok with a couple that I've submitted to their credit.

3 months for $15 to come back, to me ain't worth the trouble involved making sure they deliver on it.

This isn't a rebate. PayPal simply credits your account with $15. No questions asked. I haven't heard of a single person that didn't get it last time.

Besides, who isn't going to spend at least $30 between now and April? It doesn't hurt to sign up.
 
Just bought 2GB Corsair XMS2 PC-6400 from newegg.com for $209 with that $40 MIR, coupled with this $15 deal. $154 for 2GB Corsair XMS2 6400... I'd say that's pretty good. Thanks for the heads up!

There is a link from the paypal website...the exact link shown in the first post. Perhaps you should LOOK at paypals site before bringing up doubt.....

Goto www.paypal.com .... on the right-hand side, there's a large "Get a $15 cash rebate" picutre....click and see for yourself. (same URL as in first post of this thread)

What's to stop two people from "trading" the money via e-bay auctions? Two people start fake auctions with 30$ buy-outs, then the two people buy each other out using this promo. Both people pay 15$, but get 30$. Is there no catch here? :/

Yes, just a one-time $15.

I've signed up and passed the link to my friend. He was wary, and only THEN did I notice the site isn't encrypted, like the entirety of the rest of PayPal. Er?
