Just got the Paypal promo in my e-mail.

Looks like terms may have changed again (possibly for the better):

"Registration. You must first register for this offer on http://paypal.promotionexpert.com/greatshopping/signup/index.html using your PayPal account's primary email address. You are only eligible for this offer if you receive this offer in an email sent to you directly from PayPal or if you registered for this offer between 2/8/07 and 2/15/07 2pm EST."

"Limitations. Limit one registration and one $15.00 USD rebate per PayPal Account. Offer available for a limited time. Offer is limited to PayPal users in the United States and Canada. Offer is non transferable. PayPal account must be in good standing prior to and throughout the offer period to qualify. If your purchase is refunded at any time you are not eligible for the $15.00 USD rebate. If the purchase is refunded after you receive the rebate, PayPal will deduct the rebate amount from your account." (now says per Paypal account, not per person or address).

So it's possible that you could get two rebates if you have a personal and upgraded Paypal account with different e-mail addresses. 🙂 YMMV though.

Looks like they may have changed the terms. Would be cautious if signing up now. 🙁

FYi - So you dont get the rebate right away, says the $15 will be deposited back in to your Paypal account by May 28th. - FYI Still a good dealio though.
 
As long as they deliver on the MIR I'm fine with it. I haven't ordered from Newegg in a long time though...

Not really. Personal accounts can't accept credit card payments, so most eBayers have had to upgrade their account at some point. Sometimes in the FS/FT forum you'll see someone say "non credit card paypal payments only," but that's rare on eBay.
 
How do we know this isn't a PHISHING or SPAM collection site? Why do I see no mention of this on the Paypal website. If this were legitimate, there would be a link to it from the Paypal website itself. Keeping my gmail account free of SPAM is worth more than the $15 I'd save here.

I'm pretty much done with MIRs. Had a few too many wild goose chases from BB, CC, OMAX and their ilk. staples easy rebates I've been ok with a couple that I've submitted to their credit.

3 months for $15 to come back, to me ain't worth the trouble involved making sure they deliver on it.

good deal for those that need it tho!

Deliver? It just ends up back in your Paypal. Seems pretty simple.

I combined it with this deal.

I hope shipping counts in the $30.
I will be getting a Free 2gb drive in the end 🙂.
