No, sport, they're both hypotheticals. Maybe you should at least wait until he gets moved into his office? :\

negative SPORT, the first one is a direct question regarding what he plans to do during his first 6 months. It is a given that he will be Speaker, so there is no hypothesis involved.
hypothetical question - Legal Definition

n

A question, based on assumptions rather than facts, directed to an expert witness intended to elicit an opinion.

So is it assumption or conjecture that he will be Speaker or is it fact? Do we need to proceed to the 2nd question I posed, or are we good?

Paul Ryan will continue to obstruct to ensure that the government is as useless as possible in order so that the people will blame Obama. That has been the Rebulican strategy for his entire term, and I dont see it changing for the better.

You know what, I went and watched the clip, and he did say that he was going to work on an alternative to Obamacare. So he did try to answer the question. That's what you get for going by the ThinkProgress analysis, right?

Please slowly step away from the internet. A break from politics will do wonders for your health.

Help Americans? FUCK NO!!!! Isn't that what the GOP does at every turn? Truth hurts, doesn't it?

How about helping Americans who are living in poverty despite working first? But I have a feeling that will be a no since they're so against "entitlement" and all for the rich guys.

Wouldn't you love for all to forget the status quo.

I don't think that worked.
