I'll have to keep that in mind while I fill out my Atlas nodes. Was wondering what to go for after blight.

Could just have been dumb luck on my drops too. But it just seems like the most logical - you end up getting an Operative and VERY often a diviners box. The operative gives you scarabs to sustain you boosting maps (and selling) and the diviners give you lots of chances for significant card drops worth some real currency. Maybe it's all just anecdotal for me. I just like divination cards and strong boxes in general.

The big thing this league is to make sure you're running Eater of Worlds as your influence. You get piles of scarabs to bump up you mapping and you don't have to worry about the ridiculous damage the Searing mobs do.

Yeap. I run it 90% of the time. Though occasionally, I flip to one of the other horrors just for SOME variance

is it worth taking the Elder/Shaper nodes at the top of the Atlas? I could re-arrange some points (lose Metamorph) to accommodate those.

I just got to maps and my build is lacking so I won't be juicing up the maps too much. Need to figure out what I can do to up damage (tooltip 18k for galvanic arrows) and increase survivability before really moving up to yellow maps.

If you're farming guardian maps then it can really bump up your fragments with the second boss node.

Beat Eater of Worlds first try, blind, at lvl 91. Died a couple of times to the nuke, was having trouble getting the orbs to pop correctly. Now I have to do both bosses again for the achievements.

I'm having trouble with the Elder Guardians. Do I need ailment immunity? I keep getting ignited, etc.

Beat Corrupted Veritania through a Kirac mission. She was tougher than Eater, much tankier, with the corruption. I have three conqueror fragments now. When I get the fourth do I use them in map device for Sirus like how four Sacrifice fragments lead to Atziri?

You can do their maps white to learn their attacks if you're getting hit to much.

Keep in mind that Eater and Searing both drop with no mods. If you make them rare they get a lot harder.

Correct. Sirus is now the same as the elder, shaper and atziri in that he has fragments to get to him.

speaking of fragments - finally got all 4 to do shaper last night. Only one death and I'm not even sure what got me. Just *poof* dead. No the end of the world
Man, XP grows slooowly after lvl 93

You can check the xp modifier in PoB when you adjust your character level. For me it starts to feel slow after 94 and getting from 95 to 96 is often a few hours after deaths.

Monster cap at 83 right? Do mods on maps increase the XP they give? By the time you get to 93, I guess the XP decay from level difference kicks in fully.

Man I lost to the Maven battle twice this weekend. Not happy.
The first time I went in blind, so that's Ok. But the second time...ugh. I had two instant deaths on entering the portal - those are just not fair.

I only have 2 of the 4 void stones and that's ticking me off

You have a good build to practice the mechanics of the fight. I would just buy more writs and try again. Practicing now with an easier build will help you later with builds that struggle a bit more on it. Managing the degen balls are probably the biggest issue in the fight once you understand the basic attacks she uses.

Honestly, there's no reason I should have had the trouble I had in the 2nd fight.
TWICE insta-killed from the portal and once or twice where I swear to God there was no extra platform for the circle blast thing.

I sat in my hideout this morning and sold tons of currency. I think I'm up to 9E and like 1000+ C and I still have a mountain of stuff to sell

Any advice on getting some more out of this build? I can do yellow maps but rare and map bosses sometimes give me trouble depending on the modifiers.

POB - pastebin

EDIT: Realized Heavy Draw wasn't do much so pulled the three points there. I Think I'll go for Forces of Nature.

I got a lot of cash if you want/need some.
Thanks for the offer but I don't even know what would help beyond this point. I can use help in getting my chest piece to 6-link but I don't have the mod unlocked yet.

I'm looking at your PoB and it feels like you're a bit all over the place with what you're trying to do. The charge generation that you're going for and the chest your using may seem like a good idea but they aren't really benefiting you. You're also using all kinds of random skills so I'm going to clear all that out of PoB and make suggestions there. You're also desperately low on defenses and I'm going to assume your dying frequently?

In regards to your main skill, I'm going to explain how you should be scaling it. You may already know this but your PoB makes me think maybe you missed some of the details. Galvanic Arrow fires both a cone and a projectile when you attack. Each of these two mechanics are considered separate so each of them can hit the same enemy and each of them behaves differently. The cone does a large 180deg AOE in front of you while the arrow is treated like a traditional arrow. They both do the same amount of damage if they were to hit a target.

So the goal with this skill is to use the large cone to clear regular mobs and use the cone and arrow for single target. The skill allows you to scale up the cone's AOE by using projectile speed so knowing that we scale that as well. That way you get the cone out far enough that the arrow and cone both hit single targets and it gives us a large AOE in general to stay back from mobs.

Listen to @rstrohkirch he's been my sherpa in this game for a long time now and REALLY knows his junk.
Whatever direction he gives, you if you need some currency to buy a 6L or whatever special gear let me know.

Here is a quick PoB: https://pastebin.com/SAJQSWaR

Old Single Target DPS: 390k
New ST DPS: 2.2m average
New ST DPS At Max Distance: 3.5m

Old HP: 3.6k
New HP: 4.6k

Old EHP: 16k
New EHP: 36.7k

Old AOE: 47
New AOE: 66

Things to buy:

Bow: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/53V0a9Ksa ( Do NOT buy one with Fire Damage)
Quiver: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/92lQb98HK ( Any extras like Attack Speed or Physical Damage to Attacks is fine)
Body Armour: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/4vRzKRwC9 (Grab one with some resists if you can)
Belt: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/eY2nIL ( Buy this last to see what resists you need)
Jewel: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/okv4YHl (Spend no more than 10c on this)
Amulet: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/wGLKJgKtb (Buy one with some resists if you can)

Total cost: 60c or less

Notes:
-Regret the ascendancy choice Focal Point and put it into Far Shot.
-Your cone AOE is now about 85% of the screen. So when you attack a single target you should place them just instead the screen so the cone hits them but you're as far away as possible.
-There are 3 empty jewel slots. Cheap jewels to use are abyss jewels with max life and some kind of elemental damage to attacks or bow attacks. Or you can use regular jewels and attack speed if you like it better.
- You no longer need a mana flask so you should replace it with a movement flask and when you get more currency buy some boots with at least 25% movement speed on them.

When I started the build I had gone for charges, especially frenzy. Then when that had kind of plateaued, I saw that others were working with projectile speed -> damage and modified my skills to try to take advantage of that. Due to that switch I'm down to 16 respec points. I do have trouble staying alive, especially against bosses and delves.
I missed the part where the cone is solid, I thought it was just 5 arrows in a cone. Does the projectile in the middle just do whatever the bow attack is?
