The operative phrase is "you think". Why don't you do a bit of research and report back to us what the overhead percentage is on that giving.

Here's a hint. It's a lot less that what your boy Jesse Jackson is doing.
The irony is almost causing pain. You think hearing voices is an indication of a religious experience. It's as adult as telling your teddy bear to get all the other teddy bears together and go beat up on someone. Oh shit. Your dog doesn't tell you to do things, does he?

"You can't use reason to talk someone out of a position they didn't use reason to arrive at." some smart guy

Faith is beyond reason.

Edit: Faith: It's the substance of thing hoped for, it is the irrefutable evidence of things that cannot be seen.

Try it sometime.

This is your thread, troll. No one is yet able to find Pat's words saying that God caused this disaster.

He didn't say G-d caused the disaster, he said the people of Haiti got together and made a pact with the devil. I would assume by that he is implying that either G-d caused the earthquake as punishment, or that G-d normally protects countries from earthquakes. Either seems pretty unlikely and would further imply that, just as an example, G-d hates gays worse than murderers, Detroit (very high murder rate) being earthquake free and San Fran (very high gay rate) being earthquake positive. That kind of logic would imply that people like Carmine and myself had especially offended G-d to get cancer, so you can see it's not a line of thought of which I am particularly fond.

He didn't say G-d caused the disaster,

Finally, someone agrees with me. Thank you.

he said the people of Haiti got together and made a pact with the devil.

Well, did they? Study it out and you will find the answer is yes.

I would assume by that he is implying that either G-d caused the earthquake as punishment, or that G-d normally protects countries from earthquakes.

It is written, I place before you life and death, blessing and cursing, choose life so that you and your seed may live.

The power to protect and to prosper is a choice that the people of Haiti will make themselves.

Re read above.

That kind of logic would imply that people like Carmine and myself had especially offended G-d to get cancer, so you can see it's not a line of thought of which I am particularly fond.

We're not dealing with logic here. We are dealing with the Word of God.

I also noticed avvocator trying to get in calling a black leader a 'boy'. Funny, he hasn't responded yet with assurances he meant nothing racist by it. Maybe he's too honest to do that.

Our a damable fool . Any Man/Woman here could easyly Google PAT Robinson or Go to utude. I have destroyed your inept defense of this Man . I don't bring forth that which is easily found because I choose not to expose these people to the Foul beast . Pats bloodlines tell who and what he is as to why he is in your eyes successful . He is a tool for the darkside ,Which can easily be proven . The dark side has guided you in this Topic . Which has completely been a failure on your part and the side of evil . The Lord has guided me threw this thread and my words and choices for using expression come from that inner strength which is God . You have been completely disrobed in this topic and made naked so any man can see your inadequate. You are evil incarnate the same as your buddy pat.

Yeah I find it strange when people think God is going around handing out punishment to people for things they've done. Personally I believe that God doesn't intervene in this world at all, why would he judge us during our life when he gets to judge your eternal soul when you die?

Why don't you do that and find where Pat said "God sent an earthquake to Haiti".

Can't do it, can you?

Yes I can threw implication. As I said I will not fetch anything this evil man has said or written . I just won't do that. Because I choose not to . You have sided with this evil so it is for you to continue to bring forth evil with your empty words . Prove robinson didn't implicate himself in the manner you discribe fool. I make my own rules I follow no man . God has given all men this authority who are true disciples of the Living Word.

The Haitians "were under the heel of the French. You know, Napoleon III and whatever," Robertson said on his broadcast Wednesday. "And they got together and swore a pact to the devil. They said, 'We will serve you if you will get us free from the French.' True story. And so, the devil said, 'OK, it's a deal.' "

Native Haitians defeated French colonists in 1804 and declared independence.

This comment is interesting:

"The alleged 1791 Haitian pact with the devil would put our Father on the side of slavery and Satan on the side of those seeking freedom. The reverse is actually the case. Satan is a "murderer from the beginning" (John 8:44), a thief who "comes only to steal and kill and destroy" (John 10:10) and seeks to make us "slaves to sin" (Rom. 6:17). Satan enslaves. God liberates." -- Jim Denison, president of the Center for Informed Faith and theologian-in-residence for the Baptist General Convention of Texas, from the first of three special opinion pieces about this topic he's writing for the Associated Baptist Press.

I am a christian. Being christian is believing in Jesus AND his teachings. So I do not think Pat is really a christian given how he talks. Just like you have RINO s we have people who are christian in name only, pretenders and opportunists. There are many who have used religion to further their own personal interests not really believing on what they are preaching but are doing it for some selfish motives.

Game. Set. Match.

As usual you're very confused. You won you're first-round match in a fifth-set tie break against an opponent with a fractured femur. But you got blitzed by me in straight sets in the second round: 6-0, 6-0, 6-0.

Perhaps you should consider playing in the Special Olympics.
