If you take Pastrami from Bay City Deli they cut it thin HOW's that inferior to if they cut it thick? Same fucking meat. I prefer thinner sliced piled high. I've had Pastrami everywhere in CA that's known for it. I've drove 2 hours to get a sandwich. The texture's much better if it's thin, and if it's from the same butcher it's the same meat, thin isn't inferior but I wouldn't expect you to know much of anything.
